Michael McCormick graduated from the University of West England, studying a BA in Filmmaking, where he focused on cinematography and directing in his final year.

His graduation short film which he wrote, directed and shot himself, was selected and shown at various film festivals including Bahamas International Film Festival. It was then subsequently sold to Shorts.tv for international distribution in U.S and EU territories.

After this, he graduated from Liverpool John Moore’s University with an MA in Screenwriting. Since then, he has been honing his craft in screenwriting and developing a collection of short and feature film screenplays.
